WHAT I DO · FREE CONSULTATIONS

01 / ACA

Marketplace health insurance

Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) through the ACA Marketplace, often called Obamacare.

What we can review

Premiums, financial assistance, doctor networks, prescriptions, enrollment periods, and changes to your household or income. Marketplace account or application work requires documented consent.

02 / MEDICARE

Medicare & Medigap

General education and intake for Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, and Medicare Supplement insurance.

Coverage options

Available plans and enrollment options depend on location, eligibility, coverage year, current certification, carrier authorization, and local product availability.

03 / TRANSITIONS

Coverage transitions

General help understanding notices and next steps when employer coverage, Medicaid, Marketplace coverage, or Medicare eligibility changes.

Limits of this help

Government agencies determine eligibility. Exchange access, plan-specific advice, and enrollment assistance require the applicable consent, certification, authorization, and service-area availability.

04 / SUPPLEMENTAL

Dental & ancillary coverage

Additional coverage for needs that a primary policy may leave out.

Additional products

Dental, vision, hospital indemnity, and other supplemental or fixed indemnity products. Benefits, exclusions, and limits require careful review. Indemnity coverage supplements major medical insurance; it does not replace it.

Medicaid transitions

Limited guidance on renewals, notices, documentation, and next steps when coverage changes. State agencies make Medicaid eligibility decisions.

KENTUCKY ROOTS. NEW YORK HOME.

Insurance became personal.

A workplace injury in November 2022 led to approximately three and a half years navigating workers’ compensation. That experience became the foundation of an independent insurance career.

Today, the work connects a New York home with strong ties to Kentucky and the surrounding region.

Medicare appointments & Marketplace consent

A Scope of Appointment is required before a personalized consultation about Medicare Advantage or Part D plan options, including by phone, video, or in person. General educational questions do not require one. The intake form permits a response and does not authorize enrollment.

Before any Marketplace application or update is submitted, the applicant must separately review the eligibility information and confirm that it is accurate. The intake form and the Marketplace Client Consent Form do not replace that separate confirmation.

Neither linked form is required for a general educational inquiry. Plan-specific assistance is provided only after applicable licensing, annual certification, exchange registration, carrier authorization, and local product availability are confirmed.
